Working out the workout

People told me I would stop playing when I joined engineering. They said you won’t get time. I proved them wrong.                     
Then people told me you will definitely stop playing when you start working, especially in an IT company.  And I have continued to prove them wrong.
This article is not for someone who goes for a workout, indulges in a game few times a week. It’s for people who want to. And then that thought fades away as soon as you hit the couch in your home.
So as a fitness enthusiast u can trust me with my words as they are tried and tested from years.

Everything starts with the mind. So think extensively about what you are going to do in the ground or gym or court. Plan strategies; like more warm up more, solid stretching, less jogging, more abs...whatever. Think in excruciating details.
Do this when you are commuting. Yes, exactly. I am asking you to stop looking at your whatsapp contact list and think.
Then once you reach home. Don’t settle. Keep your bag and Change into your workout clothes then and there. Rest whatever amount of time you want. But like this, when you are up there is no lousy reason stopping you.
 Now GET THE HELL OUT OF YOUR HOME AND DO THE THING!
 Chuck your iPod and Feel your muscles thumping and your heart pumping. That’s true music.
Enjoy the heaviness of the muscles after your workout. This will engage a reward circuit in your brain. Reward circuits serve as reinforces, they, will eventually bring our the "determination" drive in you. 
When you are done with your workout, be proud. Seriously. Think of your accomplishments of that day and keep this on top.
Above all have this desire to be fit. Not for someone else or to be someone else. But to be healthy.
Actually doesn’t matter whatever be the reason. It should be strong enough to drive you out of your bed.
