This is not a movie
review, but my humble attempt to convince you to watch a movie I really enjoyed
without revealing any story. According to me, film Reviews are sheer bad
because they destroy the sanctity of the script which is very essential for one
to enjoy the movie.
Our Bollywood just
revisited a genre called classy comedy by the movie “Dum Laga Ke Haisha.”
Unlike the types of
Hindi comedy movies we have been subjected to lately, which usually circles around
over acting, confusion and clichéd dialogs, this movie makes u laugh genuinely
and thoroughly.
Jokes are effortless
and comedy comes naturally given the script of the movie. And what makes it a
complete package is the actors impeccable dialog delivery and the ludicrous UP
village accent.
Each and every
character has delivered top grade performance.
Sanjay Mishra,
Ayushman’s father in the film steals the show with his dialogs and acting.
Bhumi Pednekar looks
beautiful and acts even more beautifully.
Ayushman looks
amazingly pitiable throughout the film.
The movie is a must
watch in theatre so as to bear first hand witness, that it is possible to make
people laugh thoroughly with a decent script and serious acting.
Go ahead; restore your
faith in comedy.
